After relocating from Sydney to the Central Coast, the clients wanted to completely transform their beachfront property into a home that felt brighter, more open, and better connected to the ocean outlook.
The renovation focused on improving natural light, opening the front of the home to maximise the view, and creating spaces designed around relaxed family living.
From the beginning, the project required careful planning due to the unknowns common in large-scale renovations — particularly once ceilings and roofing were removed. Beach Breeze worked closely with the clients throughout the build to ensure clear communication, realistic expectations, and confidence at every stage of the process.
