Discovery Phase
An in-depth discussion to make sure we're the right fit — covering site, style, size, timing, and budget.
Concept Phase
We investigate the site, develop concept plans collaboratively, and prepare a preliminary cost estimate.
Preliminary Phase
Approvals, consulting reports, construction scheduling, selections, and budget refinement before construction begins.
Construction Phase
We coordinate and supervise our trades toward the agreed handover date with regular updates and site meetings.
Completion / Handover
After your final inspection we hand over the keys — construction complete, your new sanctuary ready to enjoy.

During the discovery phase we'll have an in-depth discussion to make sure we're the right fit for you and your project. The discovery phase will also identify the site, style, size and characteristics of the home you're looking to build. You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions and we'll also get an understanding of details that may affect the process like timing and budget.
The journey to a new home takes months often, over a year, so the partnership with your builder extends for a long period of time. You need to ensure you're comfortable with the builder you choose to take the journey with from the start.
An exciting and creative start to your building journey.
The initial stage of your new home building journey with Beach Breeze is the concept design phase. This part of your journey is an exciting and creative one! We'll investigate the site and work collaboratively with you to complete concept plans and bring the dream to fruition.
We ensure that constructability issues are mitigated and develop a preliminary costs based on the design and the features you want. We also assess predesigned plans in instances where clients have already have plans and design completed.
Preparing everything ready for construction.
During the preliminary phase we'll gather any specialty consulting reports and prepare and submit the relevant application approvals. We will actively monitor the assessment process and respond to any queries.
During this period we'll create a construction schedule for your home, guide you through the material selections process, and continue to refine the budget as selections are finalised. This will ensure everything is finalised ready for commencement of construction once approval is granted. Communication is key, and we believe that working with you every step of the way will result in a building experience that you are extremely happy with.
Watch your dream come alive.
During this phase you start to see your dream come alive as your home starts to take shape. Beach Breeze Building co-ordinate and supervise our qualified team of trades to guide the project toward completion, keeping in mind your timeline and what we agreed to be a handover date.
You'll always be up to date with regular communication and the opportunity for site meetings to inspect the build as it progresses.
The final milestone — enjoy your new sanctuary.
After you carry out a final inspection of the project we reach the final milestone Handover. At this point construction is completed and you're able to enjoy your new sanctuary.
